ABOUT MELISSA

Ten years ago, Melissa was living in a slum in Kolkata, India, helping over 200 women escape sex trafficking, where she discovered her passion for financial empowerment. Little did she know, her own family would soon face a financial crisis like many American households, with aging parents, underresourced at retirement. This crisis inspired Melissa to build wealth through real estate utilizing little known creative financing strategies that subvert institutional banks and the unwieldily capitalist structures at play. Now financially secure, Melissa teaches others the psychological and technical skills to gain financial freedom while preserving community wealth.
